I can change the contents at any time, without the obligation to notify users, and I am not responsible for the consequences of such changes.
All users use all published content at their own risk and we do not guarantee results.
Neither the company SPIN Agency, nor any other legal or natural person who participated in the creation and creation of the website www.agencijaspin.si, is responsible for any damage that may arise from access to, use of, or the impossibility of using information on the website of agencijaspin.si .si, or for any errors or deficiencies in their content.
3. METHODS OF PAYMENT AND ISSUANCE OF INVOICES FOR THE PURCHASE OF PROGRAMS

You can pay for all online products and services in several ways. We offer payment to a transaction account and with payment cards.
After placing the order ‘by advance invoice’, you will receive all the complete information you need for the transfer by e-mail.
All transfers must be made to the account of the company SPIN Agency, Bizeljska cesta 5, 8250 Brežice, namely to the CA opened at the bank DH d.d., with the number: IBAN SI56 6100 0000 4205 976.
You will receive an invoice for the completed payment no later than 8 days after receiving the payment to the specified email address.
We do not send invoices by post, unless you specifically want and request this (in this case, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org). All access to the use of the program and other electronic content will be provided to you no later than 24 hours after receiving the payment.
All prices include VAT, which is calculated in accordance with the law.
All legal disputes related to card processing are handled under Slovenian Law.
4. COMPLAINTS AND REFUNDS
The user has the right and possibility to use any means of communication available or published on the website www.agencijaspin.si to communicate or express their complaints, reclamation or disagreement regarding the services provided by SPIN Agency.
The user can choose the method and means by which he will communicate the claim or complaint.
SPIN Agency will respond to every objection in writing within fifteen (15) days, except in the case where the consumer claims an actual error or improperly performed service. In this case, SPIN Agency replied to the consumer within 8 days. An objection to an issued invoice does not suspend the obligation to pay the undisputed part of it.
In addition to the online form at www.agencijaspin.si, claims or complaints can be sent via e-mail email@example.com.
SPIN Agency does not allow the possibility of out-of-court settlement of disputes for once.
The provisions of the law governing the obligation relationships apply to liability for material errors, unless this law provides otherwise.
The consumer can exercise his rights from a material defect if he informs the SPIN Agency about the defect. within two months from the day the error was discovered.
In the error notification, the consumer must describe the error in more detail and allow the seller to inspect the item.
The consumer can notify the SPIN Agency about the error. send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
SPIN Agency is not responsible for grammatical errors in the regulations themselves, nor is it responsible for the appropriate addition of content to individual regulations by the customers themselves (who must, of course, adapt all regulations accordingly to their company’s needs, the activities they perform, etc.).
The consumer’s rights from the first paragraph expire after two years from the day on which he notified the SPIN Agency about the factual error.
The consumer has the right, if the service was performed incorrectly, from SPIN Agency to request the following: – eliminate deficiencies in the service provided, or – return part of the amount paid in proportion to the deficiency in the service provided, or – perform the service again, or – return the amount paid.
The time limits set for the seller’s responsibility for material defects also apply mutatis mutandis to the service provider, unless a longer time limit is set by a special law.
